Log in to your WordPress dashboard and head over to the plugins section. Click on “Add New” to proceed further.

Type “Elementor” in the search bar and click Enter. In the first place, you’ll see the plugin. Click “Install Now” to install it in your WordPress dashboard.

After clicking on “Instal Now” wait a while and let it install. Then, click “Activate” to move on.

You’re done with the installation of Elementor.

Step 2: Install And Activate WpEvently

Similar to “Step 1” click “Add New” from the plugins drop-down menu. Search “WpEvently” from the search box, and the plugin will appear right at the top.

Let it install and then, as you guess it, click on “Activate.” You’ll be redirected to a new page.

As a prerequisite, you have to install and activate “wooCommerce” to let the plugin smoothly run on your website.

Step 3: Configure Required Settings

When you’ve installed and activated both plugins, it’s time to configure the settings. Click “Next” to move from the Welcome page to the General Settings page.

In the General settings page, choose events label, event slug, expiry date & time of events, email form name, and email address.

Click “Next” after you’ve fulfilled the slots. You’re almost finished with the settings part.

Click “Finish & Save” to preserve the settings. Let’s edit the settings of the Elementor plugin.

Hove your mouse pointer to the “Elementor” menu and click on the “Settings” option to proceed.

Go to General settings and checkmark “events” in the post types. Click “Save Changed” and let’s move to the next step.

Step 4: Add New Event (WordPress Part)

From the WordPress dashboard, go to the “Events” drop-down menu and here you’ll see all the previous events with categories and other details.

As we are going to create a new event page, click “Add New Events” from the top or from the drop-down menu in the left sidebar.

Edit the Event Title, and from the Event Template, choose “Elementor Full Width” to prepare the page for the Elementor editor.

 

Scroll down to edit the Events Feature Image, Thumbnail, Organizer Name, and other additional info.

Then, scroll down the page and Edit “Ticket Type List,” you can add as much as you can by clicking “Add New Ticket Type.” Add any extra service area from the following segment.

Add the location where the event will take place. Provide a detailed location with City, postcode, State, country, etc. Check okay to “Show Google Map” to add the map to your event page.

Step 5: Design Your Event Page (Elementor Part)

After you’ve made all the changes in the WordPress page, click “Publish” from the right sidebar. Click “Edit With Elementor” and the event page editor will be redirected to Elementor.

Now that you’ve come to the Elementor Editor, it’s time to design the event page based on your preferences. Here you can use the drag-and-drop feature of the Elementor plugin to design the entire page.

On the page top, drag the “Image” widget and drop it on the page to add a new image. Click on “Choose Image” to upload a new image. You can also make style changes, and other fundamental edits to the image.

Now, with the “Heading” widget you can add a convenient heading for the event. Make all the style changes(bold, H1-H6 tags, colour, font, size, padding) from the menu.

Give a long scroll downward to find the WooCommerce Event Manager features section. Now, it’s time to spread the magic of the WpEvently plugin from WooCommerce.
