Free Downloads and Memberships
All users will have access to mage-people.com ’ plugins library. User’s may download any of our free downloadable products and purchase any of our paid products. All our free downloadable products will be directed to WordPress Marketplace therefore it will be under the terms and condition of WordPress.org. If any user’s chooses to be a member of mage-people.com , then he/she may subscribe to our website to gain special access to our membership incentives.
Product delivery
All our free downloadable products are available for direct download. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded with membership or as a single product. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified.
Payments
After browsing our site you may be interested in purchasing some of our digital products. You will be required to submit payment information to do so. To process our payments we use PayPal or 2checkout.com. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
When you are purchasing a subscription, this subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription’s terms, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term if your subscription is still active. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time from within your PayPal control panel or 2checkout.com . You can also request a cancellation from within the mage-people.com account manager. If you do not cancel by the end of the term, you will be automatically billed for the next term.
Support
Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support and we will do our best to resolve your issue. If your support requires additional modification of the theme or the plugin then you must wait for further development of the product.
Unauthorized/Illegal Usage
You are not permitted to place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from mage-people.com. You may not redistribute or release any of our products under a General Public License (GPL). All plugins(product) copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way. Our products should not be used on sites/stores with material that infringes copyright destruction, violence, adult/porn/sexually explicit content, child pornography, racism, vulgarity, warez and torrents.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of mage-people.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. The above assignment is not true for those templates and plugins which are released under the license of GNU/GPL (GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE). Refund policy
Since mage-people.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can offer direct refunds if you have purchased but not downloaded the product. In this case the refund will be provided without any question. mage-people.com also will offer a full or partial refund within 7 (seven) business days starting from the moment when the member make the payment. In this case mage-people.com has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. Warranty
mage-people.com gives no warranty or guarantee for our plugin and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third party extensions. mage-people.com’ plugins are developed for the latest WordPress version. Whether our products will work with future WordPress versions or how long past WordPress versions are going to be supported isn’t guaranteed. This decision is solely made by mage-people.com
